Return Policy

Overview

The SR Project supplies research chemicals and reference materials for laboratory and in-vitro investigational use only. Our products are not intended for human consumption, food, drug, cosmetic, or household use. Due to the regulated and sensitive nature of our inventory, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped.

All Sales Are Final

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to receive research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
  • You have reviewed the product specifications, including purity, form, and quantity, prior to ordering.
  • You accept that all sales are final and non-refundable once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage, an incorrect item, or a missing quantity, please email support@thesrproject.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the packaging and contents, and a brief description of the issue. Each claim is reviewed individually. Verified claims may be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us as undeliverable – due to an incorrect shipping address, repeated delivery refusal, or unclaimed packages – will be held for 14 days. Reshipment is available at the customer’s expense. After 14 days the order will be forfeited.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter processing shortly after payment is confirmed. Cancellations can be honored if you email us before your order has been packed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, email support@thesrproject.com with your order number as soon as possible.
